Assistant Professor of Law, Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida
At Nyaya Pathshala
As Associate Editor, Dr. Goswami brings something rare to Nyaya Pathshala: years of sitting across the table from families in crisis. Since 2020 he has been a founding member and mediator of the Family Dispute Resolution Clinic at Knowledge Park Police Station, Greater Noida, a joint project of the Gautam Buddha Nagar Police and Sharda University. He reviews our guides on domestic violence, dowry, maintenance, marriage and divorce, and on prisons, undertrials and bail, so that they reflect what families and prisoners actually face, and he helps shape our guides on civil procedure and on settling disputes without going to court.
